Greensboro Performing Arts | Triad Dance-A-Thon

The pandemic hit the entire dance community hard; of course we know this is not news to you. So after a year of unknowns, ups, downs and perseverance we want to connect with you to celebrate the beginning of a new year. Let’s dance it out. 

Greensboro Performing Arts has moved to a new location with lots of outdoor SPACE; the perfect setting for a  Dance-A-Thon and YOU’RE invited! Let’s build our dance community by joining together to kick off the 2021-2022 season.

• When? September 4, 2021 from 9am-7pm! 
• Why? The goals of this Dance-A-Thon are to first celebrate area dance teachers, dancers and dance families who have supported dance studio businesses, and persevered through the dark times, and to raise money. Yes. Let’s do this together. 

GPA will be the host site for a fun and collaborative day of fundraising and dance! Dancers from each studio will be sponsored by friends, family and small businesses to dance as long as they choose to raise money for their own studio! The day would consist of dance classes (taught by various teachers from the area), a few (optional) performances (or pieces), topped off with a fun dance party!
