GPA integrative arts piano camp unique fun theater arts production with the beloved music Carnival of Animals by French composer Saint-Saens , Each piece is tailored to meet skill level of the student with a finale of drama, creative movement and piano performance. Week long camp includes daily solo piano and ensemble practice, storytelling, technique, music theory, theater and creative movement. In fact, other animals from all over the world may join in the parade!

Beginning any Broadway show is the musical ensemble, (usually an orchestra), playing a medley of the show's tunes. This special integrative arts piano camp combines solo and ensemble practice, technical skill and a medley of well-loved songs to prepare to present the Overture- before GPA Mary Poppins performance. GPA reimagines Francis Poulenc (1899-1963) melodramatic score to a interdisciplnary arts performance, weaving dance, drama, narrative, piano and other art forms to appreciate Poulenc‘s work, history and form. By reframing Poulenc‘s narrative musical story, students gain appreciation for past music time periods and style, the life and history a significant composer while learning through community and the arts.
